TOP: - 1 initial
SIDE 1: - your baby's name,
SIDE 2: - birth date, birth weight and length
SIDE 3: - parents
SIDE 4: - the birth place with the image of your choice (see image 4)
BOTTOM: you can choose from 3 different quote to the bottom (see image 5 for designs):
